4 ix weaves (15x7 et41) with typical mild rim rash. No caps. Comes with newish good brand all-season tires (think it was BFGoodrich, but can't remember at the moment). Straight, decent finish. Can ship, but anything but the northeast will be pricey. Northeast shipping is about $100 with tires, $60 without tires.
