15x7 et 20 blach ARE mesh wheels

What's going on? I have up for grabs a set of ARE mesh wheels which are pretty much an exact copy of the enkei 92 wheels. The previous owner (Jeremiel5) told me that they have an offset of 20. I picked up these wheels with the intentions of using them daily and some track use. The tires are Hankook k106 with a size of 205/50 15. The reason why I am selling these is because I am getting a sick deal on some 5 lug wheels and suspension which I cannot pass up. The wheels will probably need a spacer to run them. In the pictures I am running 10mm spacers because that is all that i had. The tires are brand spanking new! I wished that I could have ran them, but like I said, I am getting a sick deal on a 5 lug setup with wheels. Local sale preferred but shipping can be arranged at the buyers expense. Why would you need a spacer? et20 should be fine for a 7 inch wheel, in fact it's lower than most 15x7's out there. Adding a spacer would make the end offset LOWER. A 10mm spacer added to a et20 wheel would have the effect of an et10 wheel which is way poked out.

For some reason the inside of the rim won't clear the caliper. The previous owner (Jeremiel5) stated that the offset was et 20. When I tried them on the car it hit the caliper. The reason why I used a 10mm spacer is because that's all that I had to try and get them on the car to get pictures taken. Thanks.
