Well I don't want to force someone to buy something. I mean yah it sucks but he had some problems(personal) and I don't want to be 'that guy'. He 'could' be making up a story but you know I would want my money back if it happened to me.

200 bucks is the shipped price now :) I close on my home the 30th and move the 1st. Jenny(wife) says any tires not on wheels are NOT coming with... So I still have 3 or 4 other sets but these are extra!
