Yep chrome....the chrome is nice if u are into that. Nice enough to paint over if u are not. OZ made...the same company that makes wheels for F1. A little minor rash in a couple spots just on the raised 1/8" lip. No bends. Have large caps shown w/ tool or the little 2" cover if u prefer that style.
