Feeler: Works Emotion CR Kais 17 x 8 et 25

I'm sure most of you know these wheels, they were on rwdrifts car, now they are on mine only in Satin Black.

Two of the wheels need to be touched up in a couple of spots and I really don't feel like dicking with that again. So if no one is interested I'm just going to turn them into track wheels so the finish won't matter and I won't have near the risk of bending one.

    Blemish on right rear wheel.

I don't have a pic of the rock chip on the other rear wheel, but if anyone is seriously interested in purchasing them I'll take a pic of it.

    Couple of pics for reference.

They have nearly new Nexen N3000s in 215/40/17 that would come with the wheels.

I know I wouldn't get out of them what I have into them. And I just remembered the painter said he would repaint the wheel shown for free, so I can get that taken care of.

I've got about $1850 in the wheels, paint and tires.

          Make me an offer.

The wheels chime in at about $325-350 a wheel, but the factory won't make one set at a time in this fitment, 5 sets at a time minimum. Add another $400 to have the wheels repainted, then another $300 for tires.

Were you three bullshitting or thinking you were going to get a set of rare wheels with nearly new tires for $750 shipped?

Not a wheel connoisseur. I wanted a ballpark price to see if it was worth it (to me). Last time I had rare wheels, one got stolen, and now I don't have a set. :(

                  Wheel locks son!

That's why I made this a feeler thread, I don't expect to get out them what I have into them. But if no one wants to be reasonable, then I'll throw some 235/40 R888s on them and have them as track wheels. Then buy some super fucking cheap wheels to have as daily's so I won't have to cry if I bend one on our shitty roads.

^Hahaha, thanks for the free bump!

Sinve I've had them there seems to be a lot of hate from the traditionalists since they are 17"s with no lip and not mesh, but I think they look great.

You never get back what you put in. Nice wheels, but I paid less for the 16x9 Brock b1s that I have now. Nevertheless I am reconsidering the Brocks, which are worth more then yours.

Either way good luck with the sale.

^They would look great on your black car.

Size and offset make for two awesome fitment options in my opinion. Just where they are and go 235/40 sticky tires for loads of grip.

                              Or

205/40 for a bit of stretch, 15mm spacer front, 25mm spacer rear for the flush fit.
