    Weaves & R-Comps - $400

I have a set of 4 iS Basket Weaves and 5 Avon Tech-R 205/55-14 racing tires with about 70% tread left on them.
Prefer pick up if possible. Packing and shipping is a hassle and will cost extra, but if you ask real nice and pay me up front, I will ship them to you.

    If you don't know:
Tech-R's are awesome tires, stick great and last forever, but they are NLA so this may be your last chance to rock a set of them. The 205/55 on 14" baskets is one of the lightest set ups you can run, approx. 32lbs. combined, per corner (people pay big bucks for that light of a wheel & tire combo) which makes this perfect for autocross and track days in stock powered cars. Likely won't be enough rubber for a turbo car. I used to run this and similar set ups on my 318, but now that it will be boosted and I have done a big brake kit, I can't run the 14's anymore.

The other advantage to these tires is there relatively short over-all diameter. This essentially shortens your final gearing and applies more torque to the ground as they are an inch shorter than stock. Further, they fit under any e30 no matter how slammed with no chance of rubbing.

OK. Thats the end of my sales pitch. The wheels aren't perfect and they are spray painted black, but then again, these are not for looks. 5 of these tires plus the mounting of 4 would cost over $600, so you are essentially getting the tires for half price and the wheels for free. So no complainers!

Tech-R tires IIRC are dot legal, it's just normally you wouldn't want to waste very sticky tires on daily driving... not sure what tread wear is on these but probably sub 100?

From TireRack - **Caution: While Tech R radials meet U.S. DOT requirements, they are not intended for highway use as the expected miles of wear from their racing tread compounds is greatly reduced. The Tech R is not recommended for driving in wet conditions where there is the risk of hydroplaning. Drivers should drive cautiously at reduced speeds in these conditions.
