Let me know if he flakes. The only time I did that is when this guy bought my old car. I wanted to make sure he was committed. Plus he offered more than my asking price, which was way more than the car was worth to begin with. He put down a $400 deposit. Then if he backs out the money is still mine. A verbal contract is what they call it...

EDIT: I think I've met you before. In the early days of the san fernando meet. When It was just getting started. I used to have a black e36 m3. Lowered with an RMS exhaust. You probably don't remember me cuz there are a lot of black e36's... LOL
