WTB CHEAP Wheels

I'm looking for some extremely cheap wheels and tires. Got a super curb rashed bottlecap you found in a sewer? I want it! Got a pep-boys special your civic driving best friend left in your garage? I'll take it!

I only need them to roll a shell around for a week or two, so tire quality doesn't matter either.

I'm in Williamsport PA, and I would prefer to not have to drive more than an hour to come get them. The price range is as far below 100 dollars as I can get.
