yea i went and checked and i think mine are actually 7.5 but with a 225 on there it shouldn't be to bad traction wise.
I was gonna run them after my m30 swap but my roomate picked up the same set in 17"s so im going with a diffferent wheel now.
I'm running 215's on 15"s with way to much side wall right now, they are alos terrible tires, but traction is still pretty good when i want it.

i've done a ton of research on this- for 16 inch wheels, the only tire larger than a 225 that fits properly on our cars (although with a slightly smaller diameter), is the Toyo T1R 245/35ZR16. these will fit on a 16x8 or 16x9, but not a 16x7/7.5. if you are looking for 225's and a much wider tire selection, the 16x7/7.5's will do. if anyone knows of any 245/40-16 tires, please let me know.
it does sound cooler to say you have a wider wheel, though :nice: , so i understand if you are still wanting the 16x8.
