    Wanted Borbet A's 16x9 4x100

Hey, I'm looking for some Borbet A's 16x9 4x100 set of 4. What's the offset that I should be looking for? I have a 318is. Do they still sell them new anywhere?
    Thanks

          C'mon Josh... it was a 50/50 post

          1. He helped the guy out first by posting a link to where he could find some new Borbets.

          2. He let him know that (since he's new) the search should be used before making a thread.

Granted, its not common knowledge that tunershop sells new German wheels. At least the OP kept a good attitude about it.

                Didn't mean to start anything.

Back to the OP. From what i've read, you will need at least a 3mm spacer to clear the front struts and you will want to get hub centric rings. 64.0 to 57.1 Stud kit is optional.

I was looking into these wheels when I first got my E30. They are sex. I would make sure your suspension is up to par before you buy such nice wheels. Not sure what you are currently running. G/L

When you say up to par, would that include IE3s on billy sports?

What do you mean by "up to par"? Previous owner replaced OE struts 11k ago and I put on cheap B&G springs that I will probably be replacing shortly b/c they are way too soft.

                    No hard feelings

I was just suggesting that they wouldn't look very good on stock ride height and would look better on a lowered car. They are quite a wide wheel, so stiff springs and rolled arches might be necessary. I hope you get a set of type A's because they look great on these cars.

I have a feeling tunershop adds quite a bit "tax" plus shipping isn't going to be cheap. But apparently they sell the flat caps too, so...
