Very much prefer complete with caps and local-ish.

Well the stock basket weaves are small and light so depending on how much ya want for them we may be able to make something happen.

Honestly I'd like to spend $250-300 on a set of straight usable wheels. I do not really pay enough attention to the going rate of these, but i do not remember them being high dollar wheels.
