    • Provides maximum underbody protection for all M20 cars and M5X swapped cars with the low-hanging E34 oil pan
    • Satin black powder-coated frame and stainless steel hardware for corrosion resistance

The steel support halo weights 12lb and the skid plate itself weights about 8lb

Any pictures of it with the car on the ground? It looks like it might be quite visible

Here are a couple of shots of my car (stock height, no front lip). The skid plate could be considered a little low, but to clear the M50 pan that's just about the highest it can be. It sits 27mm below the front subframe which adequately protects my expensive E34 525i pan.

Thank you for posting in the appropriate place.

I think you’d get a lot more interested parties with a less noticeable logo on the front. Either vents that support cooling and structure or a smaller logo.

Nice to see new products being developed either way.

Totally understandable I appreciate the feedback and we’ve heard the same thing from lots of people. If you are interested in the skid plate but the logo size and placement is keeping you from pulling the trigger don’t hesitate to email in with that note! I’m trying to get a head count and maybe do a batch with a more understated logo. No promises on that but if there is enough demand it’ll help!

We’ve got a few other E30 products on the horizon stay tuned!

Here are some better shots of what it looks like on a car with a more reasonable ride height
