    Update:
There seems to be some resistance due to the prices.
I am going to try to negotiate a lower price.
Also, if we have the wheels sent by ship instead of air, it will be roughly $80 less per set.
Only problem is it takes much longer to receive.
    Update to follow.

This customer painted the center black.
This is the same wheel as the one in photo above.

The 17" wheels are like the photo attached.
These wheels are meant to have center caps (supplied) that cover the hubs.

Once we have enough interest, we will do the Group Buy.
See post #225 for some photos.

So if I read your post right $1300 for a set shipped? I thought they were closer to $800 plus another 120 for shipping for group buys. That's a big increase. Still interested though...when will you have to know for sure? If I have time to save some extra dough I'll most likely be in. Pictures would nice also, when you get em'.

Put me down for et20 17x7.5 and let's get this to 100 wheels.

Sorry to disappoint you but they are NOT made in China or the Far East.
17" Kopis weigh 21 lbs. and 15" Kopis weigh 15 lbs.
    Thanks for your input.

The cost is a turnoff for me personally, especially for some heavy cast Chinese knockoffs. I don't think I love the style that much. Bummer.

We finally heard from the factory.
    The good news is:
They are prepared to make the wheels for us with a minimum order of 100 wheels (25 sets).
    The bad news is:
The Group Buy price for the 17" x 7.5" Kopi wheels will be $279 each ($1116 a set) and the 15" x 6.5" Kopi wheels will be $239 each ($956 a set).
This is about a 10% price increase.
Shipping will be $120 per set shipped in the USA.
I would like to gauge everyone's interest.
If there is sufficient interest, we will organize a Group Buy.
Once we have reached the required minimum of 100 wheels it will take about 30 days for the wheels to arrive.
The wheels will be offered in 2 offsets:20mm and 35mm

Should just start a new thread when they actually go in production or available...

It's been what, almost 2 years since the original post 09-08-2010, 08:24 AM ?
