This was just a sample order to make sure the quality of the wheels met with our approval, which it did.

FYI - none of these were ordered by customers.
The 15" wheels have the 4 lug configuration.
These wheels are meant to be used with caps-they are replicas of the Alpina Classic wheel that has a cap.
Most of our customers use the caps supplied.
The sample order met our approval as far as finish and quality; the design of the hub is a moot point as the wheels were designed to be used with the center caps.

I can't believe that they were made with the 5-lug configuration/4-lug holes drilled, I seriously can't. I would be pissed on an EPIC scale if I had ordered a set of these, because I'd want to run them capless (as I'm sure many would).

You say you didn't know they were doing them that way, but how could you possibly not know? And then you say they met your approval? They didn't send you any kind of design confirmations/mold proofs/images at all before they were done? I find it hard to believe that they would make one set/size one way, and one set/size another, and not inform you. This all seems very strange to me.
