I thought they were still in the prototype stage and you had no dyno results yet???? Why would you have a container of them if you had no working prototypes to show us pictures of and no dyno results to post?

You guys need to read.... It was stated in the very first post that these headers are being sourced out by BimmerBrakes through their header manufacture. The same company that made their E46 headers... These are direct fit budget "eBay" headers for under $200 shipped with an X-pipe included... Even if they are made in China, so what. We've all blow $200 on dumber things.

And, how could he post up dyno result without having a set shipped to him........ in oooo say a container?

They look pretty legit to me. If the M20 headers are of that quality then I'll be happy at $200

You are talking out your ass. Have YOU ever built a header? Would you just slam together some tubing and call it good then order 100 of them? I build custom headers, and you would not make a production header without a prototype and some dyno results.

These were supposed to be designed from scratch, then dyno tested with posted results. It was stated that they would not be copies of another pre existing header design.

If this was the case, what is the deal with a container all of the sudden?

There is really nothing wrong with the ebay headers, I am running the hartge/supersprint copies on my own car and other than a flange alignment issue (that is well know and easily fixed). It was more efficient time and money wise to buy a set for $161 shipped that were a copy of a known good and working design then for me to go out and reinvent the wheel at this point.

There is also a bavauto/Stahl copy that is made in china.

I just want to see a pic of the product and a dyno sheet as stated.

everybody calm down. I was quite clear that these would be made in Taiwan from the beginning. You wanna pay 800 bucks for header - then I can have them made in the US. Otherwise they are made overseas. If you look back in this thread Iw as quite clear about it.

not gonna lie those headers look nice, if they are made with the same level of quality then they might be good. dyno numbers of course would be helpful though.

I no longer run an m20 but Ive always wanted ( and ended up getting the Budget Beater headers of years ago) headers for the m20.

it always amazes me how headers ALWAYS ALWAYS pull huge interest.....they still remain one of the most desired parts for m20 folx..........


Im curious to see how these work out....good luck on this.

yall should consider an upgraded hi flow single system to mate the headers to.
