Does these come with the semi square window (cutted) on the top of them? I hate that.

All Euro Grills have that, it is to adjust the lights.

OK. Forgot to ask, but why the left grille has a "blocked" air extry in certain section?

The reason is for better airflow to the engine, thus certain areas are blocked off.

are the smoked turns smoked amber or smoked clear. also late model or early model?

They are smoked lenses, not amber or clear.
We have them for early and late E30's and M3's.
