Had to mod mine to clear the intercooler pipes, not much though. There were quite a few very thin spots throughout the spoiler. I used duraglass to fill them in before painting.
If I didn't have to cut anything for the pipes, would have taken minutes. I drilled four holes total into the stock valance, very easy and I think it fits very well. Only complaint has to be the thin spots, in the sunlight they were everywhere.
