"Best" is all relative. I personally really like a 350f and a #500r but that's cause I'm only interested in a comfortable ride with reduced body roll in the front when it comes to verts. Picking the "best" springs is like picking the "best" bed. You really have to try it to see what you like.

^ It's depends on your butt. Some people complain about the most basic sort of firm rates on E30's because they are used to toasted suspension parts. If you are mostly daily driving and like to rip it sometimes then rates close to H&R Race would be just fine. I mean people use those to track 24/7 and do great. They are also pretty comfy on the street. I personally will be shooting for rates closer to the 450/650 next because it seems to be a great balance for something I can really use at the track.... yet still get by on the streets.

I'm definitely on the fence about the 450/650 combo being too stiff since I'm coming from IE3 springs. My car is mainly a street car but I don't want to regret not buying stiff enough springs!

                Nigel, what are your thoughts?

Couple questions I couldn't find an answer to:
How are they installed without having to cut/weld front strut?
Will I be able to use my 51mm Koni shocks with these?
                      International shipping?

I drove phreshkids swapped car and hes running 450f and 650r springs and it was not all that bad. Coming from h&r races and bilsteins i was expecting an uncomfortable ride. I'll post up some install pics soon.

Hay guys. I don't want you guys to feel that 450f/650r is the only option available. If there is enough interest we can also do a 350f/600r. That way people who are just looking for something a little stiffer then races to go a tad lower then them can have a more street oriented setup then the 450f/650r.

Not that it matters, but i'm running 450f/650r and that's with bilstein sports. I'm sure the ride would get better when paired with uprated shocks/strut inserts. But honestly, I like how my car rides. It does everything I want and more and everyone who has been in it agrees. Am I disappointed at the spring rate? Hell no. It makes sense given the added weight up front from the engine swap and the amount of lowness that I can potentially go now thanks to your prototype camber plates.

Tracking my car is in the near future but I really need to talk to you about my plan nigel. BBK or 5 lug. I need your input oh wise and experienced one.
