The ratchet and the steel components of the wrench are manufactured in Taiwan, and the electronics and assembly are done in Malaysia. Our repair / calibration facility is located in Chicago in case anything ever needs to be done to the wrench.

Our wrench is manufactured using our patented technology, which is inherently much less expensive than our competitors. That is why we are able to offer the wrench at such an attractive price.

No question is a dumb question, so..

Is there any type of warranty with this deal, what does it cover? (plastic cover, electrical, etc.)

Do I have to pay shipping to chicago for warranty?

After you hit desired torque setting, Does it stay displayed in screen?

I saw this wrench on amazon, and theres nothing but good reviews at a great price. VERY interested.

It only comes in the 1/2 inch variety?

                    I would kill for a 3/8's drive.

Still heavily contemplating purchasing this though. Excellent deal.

Our warranty is industry standard: 1 year from date of purchase, 90 days for calibration. We have a repair/calibration facility located in Chicago in case anything ever does need to be done to the wrench. The warranty covers the entire product.

You would have to pay the shipping charges to Chicago for the warranty.

After hitting the "Target Torque" the highest torque value hit will be displayed on the screen. Pressing the memory button once will erase the high value of the LCD and allow you to move onto the next fastener (the "target torque" setting will remain in place). Pressing the memory button twice will allow you to change the "target torque".

I think that answered everything. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

We do have a 3/8" drive being developed, but it will not be available till late next year. For now, it is only the 1/2" drive version.

You are welcome to compare it to other brands of torque wrenches. I think you will see that our warranty is the same.
