I need a splitter for my Rieger so bad, but I can't justify paying $220 for strip of plastic. I wish they were better priced, I don't know how Rieger justifies charging as much for the splitter as the lip itself.

It's a pretty solid splitter, probably around 3/4" wide, so I'd say calling it a just a strip of plastic takes away from it a bit; it's definitely more substantial than a lot of the other splitters you see on r3v. If you're ever in Eugene you should check out how mine looks just so you have a good idea of what you'd be getting.
