Yes they are 54 spline ends. I dont know what u joints vorshlag uses, but their steering shaft and mine is basically the same, minus the profit margin's :)
Guys, these will fit either an e30 or e36 rack that is 54 spline, because I make the slip shaft length the correct size to accommodate for it!
The only difference with the centers is that my steering shaft has a boot installed.Leave a comment:

I few questions...
Have you actually test fitted this with an e36 steering rack? I want to be sure it will work since the e36 rack fits slightly different.
How would you compare this to vorshlag's version?
Looks basically the same except for the middle part.Leave a comment:

For a full upgrade you'll want to swap the rubber in the lower control arms to sphericals as well LOL FUH RAZE!Leave a comment:

It is made without the use of rubber bushings, which obviously wear out over time since these cars arent exactly new :). Anyone who is serious about driving and performance wouldnt want their feel of the car to be hindered by slop in the system that steers their vehicle. If your steering column, rack and tie rod ends are in good working order, this is the last peice of the puzzle to create a stout driveline. And when you decide to put an LS1 or S54 in your car via my swap mods, you will have the clearance to do so.
Hope this clears things up.Leave a comment:

Well, for one that eliminates the stupid steering guibo on the stock piece...so you should get a better 'feel' through this...kinda like when you upgrade to stiff bushings in suspension. My shaft has a ton of play...interested in this just gotta scrape together 285 beans!Leave a comment:
