The Premier D series are the tsd thats just there model numbers. Now these will be an improvement when replacing your paper speakers if you follow this guide Factory Amp Bypass you should have an improvement in sound but do recommend replacing your headunit as aftermarket headunits do have a better preamp for speakers.
