Do u guys have 24v swaps, or drift on the daily? Those are really high spring rates, you will not be comfortable when daily driving. Stick with 450fr/650rr, your body will thank you later.
I've ran with the softer rate on billsteins and GE coils, for the past 3 yrs., no issues at all.

I have an M50 swap, but I don't want to get a concussion riding on these.

What spring rate will give me firm handling, but not annoy me when I just want to cruise?

450/650 is very comfortable, m50 isnt gonna cause any issues with ride quality
