Does this attach using the same clips as the OEM valence?

^pop out the clips, and drill holes in the lip where the clips were. I used zip ties, but you can use screws. That is how mine is attached

Thinking this lip. The bolts are a plus. Some toilet piranha stole my painted IS lip spoiler. So whatever replacement goes on WILL be BOLTED!

The Rieger lip sits lower than the IS lip
Rieger is ABS
IS is Polyurethane
Either one will break if you hit something hard at speed.
I have not heard of any lip not breaking if you hit a hard object under speed.
