Post up pics! I'm doing "will call" on mine since I'm local and mine won't have an exhaust top welded on yet because I need to figure out how to make it fit with my mtech II valance.

BTW, tracking for my order now quotes delivery on Thursday. Hopefully several of you will be taking delivery today.
Wondering about the same. What are the options? A new cat is not cheap.

Mine arrived yesterday, haven't had a chance to take it all the way out of the packing. Packing is superb though!!

                  So got mine installed today.

This is how we begin, jack stands are under, wheels off:

Out with the old. Realized after removing it that there isn't a hole, it was leaking from the connection which had come a little loose. If anybody needs a stock exhaust for a 318i let me know:

I would say I am skipping a load of steps here but to be honest, installation was so easy it was frightening. I didn't end up replacing any of the original hardware except the two bolts that secure it to the cat, this car spent it's life in Cali so rust wasn't really an issue. Found I have a leak from the diff, but thankfully that's about to get yanked anyway in favor of an lsd.

Here's how it sits in the valance, note that the left of the valance in the picture is slightly damaged.

Here are a couple of angle shots:

The sound is fantastic. Slightly louder and deeper than stock, but absolutely nothing annoying or in any way obnoxious about it at all. It needs breaking in, and the sound may change some, but I have installed enough new exhausts on cars to know this one does and will sound perfect.

Hope everybody else is as happy with this GB as I am, and thanks to everyone that made it happen, everybody was easy to work with.

                  Cheers,

                  AJ

INSTALLED! Sounds great! EZ to install. Removed the heat shield to put the new rubber "donut" hanger in.

Really impressed with the quality of the catback. Great craftsmanship! It looks really good. For the size of the tip I was kinda concerned. But honestly, it blends pretty well. The guys at the shop liked it.

I have some pics to upload but they really look just like Techoman's alpine. My E30 is alpine. Nonetheless, I will post those and a video as soon as the GoPro charges. My POS phone does not do it justice.
