No leaks on mine. I did paint the muffler housing BBQ black. Hated to hide the beautiful finish. I want mine to blend with the underside of the car. Loving the sound.

You mean the seal ring between the mid section and cat back? I looked at Realoem and nothing there ... have you tried Steve (Blunt)?

I'm not sure it's supposed to be there or not--starting to think it may have been added in the past by a previous owner. In any case I'm just going to have an exhaust shop solve it.

Kris, when I bought my cat back exhaust (ansa) it was included with the kit. Let me see if I can find info.

Got mine installed but I need to figure out how best to fit the exhaust tip with my Mtech II valance. Any advice appreciated

Does your tip angle? How about a SS mesh filler plate? Or a aluminum piece cut to center the tip and cover the open area? Paint it to match apron.

Sorry guys, life got busy. To be honest, I only organized this group buy because I needed a good exhaust and everything else out there for the M42 was either lacking in looks or over priced. They dont generally sell the M42 exhaust so getting a minimum number of orders was needed if I was to get one.

The guys at Stromung were super easy to work with, if you want to do another GB just PM me and I can give you all the contact details you need.

Last but not least, I can't recommend this system enough. I have had zero issues with mine and it looks as good now as the day I installed it. Sounds is superb, not loud and zero drone on the highway.

if anyone ends up organizing this please let me know...I have an exhaust from the first GB, but i want to change the tip...asshole PO cut open my rear valence for a twin tip, so its not centered when I install this one
