UK Shipping ($4.40 + $0.75 additional items)
Europe Shipping ($5.75 + $1.50 additional items)
US and Canada Shipping ($4.75 + $1.50 additional items)

- When am I charged?
When the minimum shirts needed to print is met (I will drop this lower if need be)
- What sizes are available?
Small right through to XXL (confirm with the provided sizing chart)
