      Regular e30 rear bearing.

E28 hubs are the same as M3, you just need the ABS ring which I haven't found a source for yet.
Drive it hard. Maintain it well.

            Just spit ballin' here..

I wonder if the rear setup (caliper bracket) in this kit will work with a Z4 hub setup instead of the e30m3 hub?

Like in this thread - http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=325258

"Because I'm using e30 trailing arm with z4 hubs which +2.5mm wider and use Lithuanian front kit which +12mm wider...
So I need spacers to make same offset, not excactly same actually.. Rear will be +14.5mm wider than stock....
            I use e46 325i/328i rear caliper"

                    Wow looking good!

The z4 rear hubs are only like 60 bucks... This would be a huge cost savings. I'll volunteer myself to be the Guinea pig unless elcoy or the manufacturer would want to try. Or if anyone else wants to try it. It would probably take me a bit of time to do it though in all honesty Idk if people would want to wait.

I would try, but I need to get my car finished before autox season and the driving school I'm scheduled for.... I am ordering the M3 hubs this week and could throw in a pair of z4 hubs to compare. I'm just not sure if I want to tap my budget...

Also the E86 Z4 does use the same wheel bearing, but I don't know what the difference is on the flange/hub. My guess is there is a difference in the spindle mounting. I also don't know if the ABS ring would work.

In doing some quick part number cross checking the spindle nut on the E86 is not the same as the E30, therefore I would doubt the rear spindle adapter in the kit would work correctly with the E86 hub.

                        From reading this thread http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=325258

-the z4 hub sits out 2.5mm more that e30. Also, the only thing that is needed is a custom rear caliper bracket. - Posts 54s & 55

Again this info is just from me reading around R3v. No experience with this haha

The kit already comes with a caliper bracket spec'd for e30 M3 hubs. I think using Z4 hubs will require a redesign of this kit....

Right, maybe not a direct fit. Some spacers probably involved.

                            Example
Both setups use the same rotors. The 300mm.de rear caliper adapter is 11mm thick. The z4 hub pushes out farther by 2.5mm. So if this kits rear caliper bracket is 11mm as well, using some washers to space it out 2.5mm (where the red arrows are in the picture below), it should fit the same with the 540 calipers right?

I could be way off, but it makes sense it my head haha

I wouldn't use spacers, I think it would require a redesign. Someone must work in a BMW parts department and could take measurements.

Yeah..that's probably a little sketchy. Especially for a braking system. I'm going to wait until I get this kit before I make any more assumptions.
