Kopi Wheels

We need to pre-sell at least 25 sets of the 17"x7.5" Kopi wheels and 10 sets of the 15"x6.5" Kopi wheels.
I think we will be OK with fewer than 10 sets of the 15" wheels but must pre-sell 100 17" wheels (25 sets).
Once we have the 17" wheels pre-sold, we'll need all your deposits before production begins.

Once we fill the list with 25 orders, will the batch be ok'd and production begins?
Or, do we have to wait for both the 25 of the 17's and 10 of the 15's to be filled?
