That's the basic hanging parts list - hangers, rubber rings, and nuts

If you need other parts here you go.... I used stainless steel nuts/bolts to bolt up to the cat flange, just to prevent corrosion

Yes, OEM hardware is all that you need to do the install. Fits like a glove... :)
