One question though, the E30 design will be almost invisible on the charcoal colored version, will it not? Is the E30 design going to be black on every color of hoodie?

It will be black just like the tee's, thats why there is no black hoodie option. The design should still show up, it will just be more subtle, it shows really well on the tees.
