If your wires are less than 10 years old and the resistance of wires is within spec I'd venture a guess that you'd pick up 0 horsepower. If they're 20 years old this figure jumps infinitely to 1 horsepower. Just my opinion, not based on anything but swapping new wires for old ones and noticing no difference, and knowing that new wires will perform just like aftermarket ones

I'm wondering how people with higher power engines like them (anyone with a turbo still using the distributor?). the stock wires should be adequate for a stock engine, but technically you can get more spark energy with mag wires over resistor wires, for obvious reasons.
Turner is very vague on what kind of wires they are (incomplete sentences FTL). Bavauto is not. Turners OE specs with OE components leads me to believe they're resistor wires, although i'd like to believe otherwise.

Well Im pretty much stock right now. But plan on getting a Schrick cam anyday now.
But by high powered, im guessing you mean bored and turbo'd and all those goodies.
Idk how old my wires are and i thought it may not hurt. BavAuto is kinda pricey though.
