    15mm Drop Hat Review

Like many of you that have H&R race springs or the IE stage 3 I was very disapointed with the reverese rake stance of my car. I just got these and was really impressed with the hats, shipping was very fast and the hats appear to be very good quality. After instalation the car is just over half an inch lower. It still drives and handles exactly the same way as before it just sits better.

Much better than before! Are you still running spring pads up front?

      RIP

No I just kept them on I didn't think it would make that much differance.

For daily driver duties, these can't be beat.

While I want a full GC coil over slammed car eventually, I don't think I could run much lower than this everyday.

Are you sure the ends of the springs are seated properly in the pockets? Your car seems a little high.

it seemed a little high without the drop hats so i think they're just still fresh

Oh are they new springs or something? I guess it could be undersized tires too.

Yeah, from what I remember, he sold the suspension he bought on the car (to low to clear speed bumps and drive way curbs if iirc) and got something a tad taller. So fresh springs would be the extra "height" we're seeing.

hmm i thought race springs were lower than that. i'm thinking of getting these drop hats to lower my front that currently rides on HR Sport.
