I bought a shift knob and boot off ebay from these folks in Bulgaria. Shipping was fast and the custom made knob fit perfectly. I took it off and went back to stock because the Getrag 420g needs a heftier shifter for me to shift comfortably. But the rad shift boot is made of simple cloth. The knob and the cloth shift boot was a mere $35 shipped and took a week to get here. Can't complain!
