EPYTEC Floor Plates?

I have some rust that needs patching on my floors and trying to figure out all the materials I need before I temporarily turn my car into the Flintmobile. Found the EPYTEC Floor repair/reinforcement plates on ECS--https://www.ecstuning.com/b-epytec-parts/bmw-e30-e-gain-repair-kit-plates-sill-base-plate/782~epy/. They look interesting, but I can't find a whole lot of information on them. Anyone have any experience working with/installing them?
