To all of you who have bought from bmwlight:

How well does the acrylic hold up? I plan on using H4 Halogen bulbs...would those melt the lenses?

No longer stock ride height, rolling as low as a daily driver in New England should without worrying about breaking an oil pan.

I am currently using them with an h1 hid kit. Holding up quite well. Had them on for about 5 months now with no issues.

I've been running mine on the fogs with X-pell...no issues. Fogs run full time.

I'm a lighting noob, how does H1's compare to H4's in terms of heat output? I'd be getting a set of ellipsoids for free that other than cracked lenses, work fine. They already have H4's, but I'd need to replace the lenses and I don't want these acrylic lenses to melt. Anyone? :)

I would do HID's, they run cooler than halogen. Few bucks more really than good pair of silverstars.
