Wow, sorry to hear you had bad communication. I emailed him, he responded a few days later with a phone call and email, and had it made/shipped out a week later (although I did stress my urgency).

I did find that some of the bolt holes were off and the fitment wasn't perfect, but I'm far from an expert when it comes to this kind of stuff so I'm not sure what kind of manufacturing variances to expect. I'd think since people swap cranks and oil pans and stuff all the time, and the tolerances for those have to be damn near perfect, that the scraper could have better tolerances... But I was OK with doing a little work on it.

For those of you who plan on using this scraper, MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE THE OIL PUMP DURING THE FITTING/GRINDING PHASE! I had to go back and clean off the RTV I laid down in order to do more grinding. Total pain in the ass, but could have been avoided if I thought to check the oil pump clearance..
    Just installed mine last night.

I had to do the same exact thing. RTV sealant and all. I actually took it off and rushed to cut the hole bigger and slapped it back on while the RTV wasn't set yet. It will probably leak and I'll get to do the job again in the car.

Yeah, must be my ISP. I'm at work now and can access it fine. I can also access it via my iPhone on the cell network, but not when I'm connected to my home network.

I sent them an email to place an order. Looks like a nice product!

I have one on my car, but it is hard to say where the results are coming from as I have an accusump, a very large oil cooler a remote mount oil filter and carry about 13Q of oil. So much oil in fact that I need an oil heater on the car to pre heat the oil before starting motor. With that said I am glad I have the scraper and would do it again

    Bump

Where are the crank scrapers available from? www.crank-scrapers.com is not working, which from previous threads seems to be where people were getting these from.

Sorry Brian, I know zero about crank scrapers for the m30, only baffles for the m20. Good luck!

My buddy Wes Hill is the guy that designed these for the Pro3 Group. I spoke with him today about a second run of the baffles. I wonder if there is enough intrest out there for a group buy?

I'm installing my second one in ten days next Wednesday. It will be the fifth one I've done in a year and a half. I'll shoot some pictures of the baffle and the install in the pan and post a group buy feeler with pictures.

I reccomend it for anyone who tracks or races their m20. My two cents...

This weekend is the first time out with a OP sensor connected to my data logger. Once it's calibrated, that will be another data point.

Up above a guy mentioned that E30's are raced with few oiling problems. I would disagree. We go thru a lot of bearings. I've done it twice. Now I run an Accusump.
