Well during normal everyday driving and cruising around you will actually see about 2 more mpg than what you're getting now. Especially on the highway. With spirited driving you will probably see between 18 and 19 mpg. With more boost comes more fuel, so if you run a Stg 3 it will be less than that.
Not sure how a supercharger can increase your gas mileage; can you elaborate? Driving a compressor off the flywheel and adding bigger injectors only spells shitty gas mileage to me. Unless the tune is godlike I couldn't really fathom an increase in mileage.

Longevity? Or should I say time between rebuilds of the SC unit. Are they DIY rebuild or do they need to be factory rebuilt ie kits are not available to general public?

    You're very welcome.

Osh and I are in the process of putting together a stg 4 setup.

We are also putting together stg 1 and 2 low compression motor setups. pistons, rings, rods, bearings, seals. the works.

A fully built LC motor is a great compliment to a stg 4 blower!

Sorry, I should've seen that. lol

We use 45 lb injectors. It comes with an 8 rib 3.115 inch supercharger pulley and an 8 rib 6 inch crank pulley.

What kind of power can I expect? 1996 model year. Like get close or pass E36 M3 power/speed/accel?
Stg 1 would be around 330 at the crank.
Stg 2 would be around 390 at the crank.
    Wheel hp is 20% less.

The RMS kit doesn't really compare to AA. RMS makes the big power.

Here's a picture of an s50 swapped e30 with an RMS kit. The brackets are the old style though. RMS has a new bracket design.

RMS also has very very good tech support.

This kit is perfect for the stock compression pistons. If you raised the compression for an NA application then that's different.

Seems like about $1k difference between stages I and II, can the same difference be expected between II and III?

Is there a website to buy through rather than ebay that gets you the same price?
You can buy directly from RMS by calling in but you will not get the same price as on eBay. Or maybe you will if you catch Osh on a good day. With the aftercooler it is safer to run higher boost. About 14 psi. Which makes for more power.

We do not have the stage 3 on the eBay store yet. I am not sure what it consists of yet. I'll ask tomorrow and find out. I believe it includes low comp pistons along with some other engine goodies. I will verify this tomorrow. I'll also get you a stage 3 price. I doubt the same difference can be expected between 2 and 3.

We use the v2 s trim as a standard on both the stage 1 and 2 kits. They can be upgraded to t trim though. We are currently switching over to the v3 blowers. No oil feed or drain lines needed. Makes for an easier installation.
We have not yet decided if the price will stay the same. For now it is a limited time thing.

Thanks for all the great questions! Keep em comin.
