GB Reiger Replica Lip Review... w/pics....

So i got my lip from the GB the other day, i picked it up, a lot of you wont see it for a little while, and i know everyone's anxious to see it/ hear about it, so today at work, i temporarily mounted it to my "i" lip with about 10 zipties, drove it home ~30 miles highway at speeds around 70-80... when i got home, 2 zipties ripped out of the spoiler, i figured they would, but whatever.... the finish isn't prefect, (to me it is), but it would need a light sanding or something to correct where the mold imperfections are. also the fitment (from what I can tell right now) is pretty good, but not perfect, then again i dont really have it mounted up to the valance, but rather to the "i" lip so i may be wrong.... i wont be attaching it until spring. the picture where you saw it being twisted was just the outer plastic, after the outer thin plastic is formed, they spray it with some hardening foam or something like that, its still VERY flexible, but not like they show in the pic., see one of my last pic for a close up of the hardening foam. Other than those things (which dont really bother me), the thing is great, THANKS GREG :up: you the man!

Spent the day packing, guys I'm getting there. Box company said sure we'll make them but lead time is two months away.

Edit 2: Ok I'm not the only confused one, are we waiting 2 months, or were you packing these today? I wasn't sure if you meant packing the lip, or stuff from your house.

So to go back to the statement above. I spent the day packing. The box company said it would be a two month lead time. meaning it will be two months before they can get to it.

But I said i spent the day packing. I am working on them. I hope to have them packed in Rob's moving boxes this week and shipped by Monday.

Bills will be spent by www.paypal.com if the shipping is higher than cost members paid me.

Jordan, who are you kidding? You could make a roll of chicken wire wrapped with saran wrap shaped like an iS lip look good.

if you read the thread, you would have seen that it's temporary, i had to take it off the same day to send to ryanG (he now has it) to make splitters for everyone, (PM him, only is making a few) when it's moutned for real it will obvisously have no I lip

is anyone going to buy the splitters for these??
I have Dan's lip to make the splitters for it, but nobody has asked me for one...
I am going to make 2-3 extra and hold onto them, maybe put them on e-bay...
