Hey I made an order on the 6th and haven't heard anything since. Any idea whats going on? The order is # 100001685. I tried to call but it wouldn't go through for some reason? Thanks.

Yes custom orders take 2-4 weeks. This will be changing soon but we still have this time frame for the moment.

okay, i just put in an order its number 100002061 idk where im supposed to specify that it
be embossed, i do not want it just printed.

Metal for sure. In fact only the UK / Ireland plates have the backed printed style. Everything else is metal embossed.

Tyler, I received my order but the plate is wrong & I didn't receive the mounting kit. I've sent 2 emails with no response yet so I'm trying here in the forum. Can you or someone please get back to me to resolve my issues? Thank you. John
