Does anyone have an email or phone to Stromung? (Scott) Its been a week since I got a tracking number and there has been no movement (just billing received). Since peerless is banned, I have no contact. Any help would be appreciated!!

Still no exhaust yet. Do you all think I should start a charge back on the credit card? You can see from this tracking he emailed a few weeks ago now, that UPS still shows billing received and no movement in product.

nothing on my end either, Im waiting until the end of the day and then calling my credit card company. I tried Robert, even though the shop is next door to him he couldnt do anything.

I feel for you guys. I got the same thing with the UPS notification but didn't see any movement for a few days as well. For what it's worth, the shop that put the exhaust in for me said they have been noticing quite a few brand new Stromung exhaust put in as well. This includes some e36 and e30. Again, a little more communication would be great.

Honestly, this ended up being the worst group buy I have participated in in over 7 years time. From a company that has been around a while, this was a disappointment big time

I just received mine today, I was supposedly THE last person on the list. I also tried a number of times to reach Scott, none of which were successful; however it did arrive in one piece and not mangled. I think the communication aspect was a massive failure, its not hard to tell people its going to take a month, just don't tell me it should be a week and a half, AND THEN have it come over a month and a half late.

Hopefully that helps you guys. Scott was a little slow to get me my exhaust (I'm about an hour away and IIRC it took around 3 weeks), but he didn't have any in stock and said he had to make it as a custom order. I'm still impressed with mine and glad I got it. :)

I called Stromung with the same phone # Matt posted a couple days ago and some girl keeps picking up and doesn't know anything about Stromung, but it sounds like she does.

This is how the conversation went:

"Girl: Hello
Me: Hi, is this Stromung Exhaust?
Girl: Uhmmmmm.... um....... they're not.. here right now
Me: Oh.. uhh.. okay, bye."

Then I call back later in the afternoon thinking maybe I called the wrong #. the same girl picks up:

"Girl: Hello
Me: Hi.. sorry I called earlier this morning, I was just wondering is this Stromung Exhaust? or do I have the wrong #?
Girl: Ummmm...... I think you might have the wrong #.. I'm not sure
Me: You're not sure? Well... is this Stromung Exhaust?
Girl: I don't know
Me: I'm sorry?
Girl: I don't know... maybe.
Me: Uhh.... okay, bye."

WTF?!?!?!?! lol, it was a wierd and akward conversation

I'm not part of this group buy, but I wanted to see if they were still selling these.

Weird. They used to have a website (I want to say stromung.com but I don't remember) but it was never updated with new parts. It had an address on it, though, so I mapquested the address and that's where I got the phone number. I called them and ordered my 325is exhaust like a year ago, so it was before the group buy.

If I'm in the OC area in the next couple days, I'll see if I can swing by that address and see wtf is up.

Has everybody gotten their exhausts or are some people still waiting on them?
