    Feeler: Autopower Roll Bar GB

Well after talking with the manager at Autopower industries, he seemed wingly to give a discounted price for anyone interested in an Autopower Roll Bar. Recently I just bought a full race 4point roll bar, and I will have to say that it blows Kirk bars out of the water. Not only does it mount on the proper points, the fitment is perfect. For 360 bucks you can get a full race roll bar with harness bar, cross bar, and head restraint bar. If we can get over 10 people then I can try to get the price down to 320 bucks without the options.

For an extra 60 bucks (non-discounted) you can get the options which includes removable harness bar, cross bar, and head restraint bar which is useful if you ever need to use your back seat.

Here is a link to their site: http://www.autopowerindustries.com/Roll_Bars.htm

    Lets Recap:

Non-discounted Price for Race Roll Bar is 360 and includes:
    -Harness Bar
    -Diagonal Bar
    -Head Restraint Bar

An Extra 60 (non-discounted price) will get you
    -Removable Harness Bar
    -Removable Diagonal Bar
    -Removable Head Restraint Bar

Let me know if anyone is interested.

I should hope you don't use that small bar off of the diagonal bar as a head restraint bar  It might make you a bit slow eh?

I am not sure, I would have to talk it over with Rick White. I will keep you posted.

I'll post the pics of my bar tomorrow, and you guys can see whats up. The bar required no modifications to fit.

Maybe it's just that their website is a little "off" on their descriptions, but:

This is what they consider their standard "race" roll bar, which I do not see a harness bar on at all.

This is what they consider the bar with the optional harness mount.

Saul, do you have the model with or without the "optional" pieces?

NIce bar. It doesnt sit that far back in a two door does it? Also, Anyone who has the bar in a two door, can you give rough estimates of how tight the bar is to the Roof, the B Pillar, etc. Thanks

                            It's a roll bar, not a cage.

If I'm in a position where my ribs or ankles are contacting the bars on a roll bar, I'm already dead.
