Yeah, Andrew and I have been making them for a while, we've sold probably around 20 full sets of them, and we're still putting them out.

Well, I don't want to take up too much room in this thread, but I have an old set that someone sold me - they have no rake in them (I think you fixed that in your design). I think I can modify the rear point by drilling another hole and cutting the excess, but I'm worried that will be a bit too much rake. So that is where I stand now. As I mentioned, I haven't had enough time to really get in there and check things out - the car is at a shop 70 miles from me.

I purchased all the Recaro parts hoping for a miracle, and obviously that didn't happen. Lee you say these are 1/2" to 1/4" lower than that, or lower than stock seats? I'm assuming you can still use the inboard seat belt mounting location?

EDIT: never mind I've got half a brain.

Currently, the rake is 4 degrees. Meaning that the front is raised by 18mm at the front mounting point. I may supply a little bracket that allows to raise the front by another 15-20mm if you like the gangster stance ;-)

When using the OEM sliders, the seat's base is barely lower than stock. The belt latch can be bolted on the rear inboard bolt.

After sharing some pictures depicting the Recaro mounting system for the e30 sliders, I can easily claim my system will be 3/4" to 1" lower than the Recaro squarish bracketry.

KRX, Speed, SRD and the L serie of seats are all compatible with the kit.

Here are the Recaro mounting brackets. The loss in height with Massive's system is the thickness of the long U shaped section. About 1".

Speaking of technology, here's how my parts are folded. Footrests, some brackets, seat mounts.

I have increased the production of the first batch to 15 sets. A small batch, but usual for a new product. I will not add anymore as production has already started. I posted on three e30 forums. Basically an average of 5 sets per forum. Therefore I suggest not to procrastinate.

After that first production, the kits will be available to shops to purchase at wholesale.

People will receive free updates if there's a major change after that first batch.

Wow, buddy. Hold your horses, I have no idea why you feel I was talking about you. It was about Wedge and Recaro stuff... The official products. ;-) High dollar for not-so-well-designed stuff. Until 48 hours ago, I wasn't even aware you did some adapters.

PS Instead of deleting the thread you quoted, I would have prefered that you ask me to precise my thoughts. I would simply have modified the text. This being said, I am tired of the on going shit on R3V. I am closing any sale on this forum.

Kits are now available on e30tech.com Thanks for for the support in the past years.
