i pulled back the tabs on my ecu cover but the cover wont budge, any ideas?

Take off four torque screws. That is it.

yeah i fugured that out, i thought it wasnt nessary because i didnt see it in any of the write-ups

lol those screws i took off first. and than i looked for the tabs...i was like hmmm do i need to take them off or should i put them back...
