looks like quite a few people have already received their tracking#, but I still haven't :( Who is on the same boat?

Either way, I can't for the chip to arrive :D

That sucks, you set this buy up and don't even have a tracking number. My chip arrived in the mail yesterday. But it won't go on until I have some time this weekend.

I got the chip today, and installed it!

                    My Review:

                    - Because of the overly hyped up expectation of this chip, I must say, I was a little bit dissapointed. Doesn't mean that I didn't see improvements though!
Car runs much much smoother, but from my butt dyno, the power gains seem to be minimal.
Overall, I would buy this item again for other cars, though it would not be at the top of the modding priority list.

Anways, thanks jajou318 and Mark for setting up this GB!!!

I am having a similar experience to royalflush. Not much of an immediate increase in power, but it sure is smoother. I found myself going a lot further in 1st gear because it was so smooth. Usually I shift around 3 or 4k in first, but today I was going past 5. I went past 6500 for the first time last night and I was quickly coming up to 80 mph in third getting on the highway today. Very nice, easy install, can't wait to do some more pulls or get dyno'd. Maybe I can beat my roommate in his '99 328is, that would be awesome.

both of our car should improve a bit once the ecu learns the new chip (or whatever). Either way, I'm satisfied, but just let down a bit because of all the hype haha
You really need to have pushed your car before the chip to appreciate the 6500+rpm range runs though!

I dont think you'll beat the 328, you's a dreamer, but we can only hope.

Realistically, since I'm not a racer by all means, how the car feesl to drive is much more important than the car's time figures.
With this chip, I have a new found urge to do a few more 'performance' mods to my car.

I really wonder what you were expecting from the chip, but it is so nice to have it.
The BMW 318 is back. With a vengeance.

Take off four torque screws. That is it.

I was in uberpanzer's 318 last night [with 8 wheels and tires in the back] and I could feel the chip
