100 bucks for trunk and hood roundels, am I looking at this correctly?
The price seems pretty clear and is listed in adequately sized text.
Maybe you're not understanding the coolness and rarity of these parts. Nobody has ever done this before and Guten Parts has once again produced a top notch product for these cars. Find me another company out there that has such a passion for these cars and is still willing to work on creating new products 28 years after the chassis was produced.
These are on my wish listfor the vert!!
I understand why $100 seems a bit high to some peopple but its something rare and nobody else has it right now.
And if its from Guten you now its a good product, Levent is pretty anal on things he does and if there not perfect he wont do it!

Ordered a set! Thanks to Levent/Guten for keeping the good stuff coming! Considering that an OEM roundel set (not that cheap garbage ebay stuff from China that fades in months) runs around $55-60, I'd say $100 for custom roundels is pretty damn reasonable.

Would love to take credit but... Its Jack who has spend months perfecting these. As with many products we dont make them, we work with the designer in testing/perfecting and then we bring to market. It is the large and small manufacturers that need to see that this chassis is worth it.

We think it is priced not only competitively but Jack took a lot of time to develop and order in bulk to further reduce the end retail cost.
We at Guten have become rather thick skinned about instant "too much money" feedback on the forum every time we bring a new product to market. BMWpedals.com, PVG-E30 Vent gauge, the bolt in roll cages, the oil distribution blocks, and now the Cloisonne accessories... Once people see them in person by individuals who appreciate quality the feedback without fail is "great value".
Are these gonna be a long time stocked part, or is it a limited run?
Not sure, we have gone through 15 units in the past 4 days, we have a display at Bimmerfest and at Gfest so we expect the volume to pick up. The word is just getting out on them, will check with Jack on stock levels and report back.
Those are generally just the kids who can't afford the stuff, anyway.
It's tough when your salary as a sandwich artist forces you to save up for roundels between paychecks.
Honestly I don't see why you have to bag so hard on the younger crowd of owners. Asking questions about pricing of a product seems 100% logical to me. If someone told you the price of a product was significantly more than you had seen before, wouldn't you want to know why?
Also, It's not like you weren't there once, unless you had a massive trust fund or won the lotto.
Anywayz, I'll be saving up between my burger flipping checks for a set of these
