Correct, the early version was available with 4 holes or 2 holes and was completely different to the late versions.
Both are NLA.

Sorry I wasn't clear, I had the euro version, flat like the first pictured, but with 4 holes instead of 2 on my vert. I'll have to find the part number? Maybe it's due to it being an early.
