Need more characters on European plates!

I have been asked this a few times on here. I also know some want there screen names which is over the 9 character usually allowed.

Well we can now do up to 13 characters on the German plates.

    Thank you

    Tyler

It would work anytime you have a long work and no spacing it does look a bit strange.

              Thank you

this may be a super stupid question but is it case sensitive? or does it come all upper case?

Hey Tyler, Is the below plate just a normal/blank one? What is it called as I'd like an exact match to put on the back. Let me know so I can place an order.
