We have not personally done so. We have had customers actually use our mounts and informed us that they do work. How they worked out the details however we are unsure of. We will see if we can get more information.

Great quality of parts; saw them at friends place in chicagoland.
Have you guys fitted them into engine bay with a m60/m62/s62? it may be un-ideally positioned for the e36 chassis for header clearance as e36 rack is opposite side vs e30.

We do not recommend solid mounts with the aluminum mounts. Vibrations can stress welds. Something to keep in mind.
