I would definitely buy one if this happens within the next couple weeks.
Right now I'm trying to decide whether to a lightened stock flywheel or drop the $460~ on the JB Racing one.
I think I speak for almost all of us when I say that we're hoping to pick one up for under $400. The standard JB Racing pricing is a little hefty for most of us to justify on these old cars. If we can't hit that kind of pricing, fair enough - but it was worth a shot.
i would buy the JB one, but it makes a lot more sense to have the single mass M20 fly lightened. I got a free junkyard one and had it shaved to about 12 lbs and put it on my old car. cost to me was less than 60 bucks.
i had mine lightened to 12lbs.... cost me ~$100 to have it resurfaced and balanced too
QFT. This is the way to go, unless you're running some mad clutch setup.
"See, we're adding a little something to this month's sales contest. As you all know, first prize is a Cadillac Eldorado. Anyone wanna see second prize? Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you're fired."
Well guys Im pretty sure there will need to be a pretty good sized interest for this one to happen at the least 10 people. I will talk to JB Racing and see what I can do for you guys and from what I picked up you guys are aiming for under $400. Like I said no promises but I will see whats possible. I have to agree lightening up flywheels is by far cheaper but in the end its up to you, personally I've used a JB Racing flywheel in a 325i and its a nice upgrade. If you guys have any questions feel free to ask me!

Hey Greg - Thanks for the assist!
Even if we can just hit $400 (rather than UNDER $400), I think that would make us all happy people :D
I'm all for a full aluminum wheel --- thanks again
